Catherine McDougall
Catherine was introduced to yoga in 2000. The synching of breath with movement brought clarity and balance to her mind, body and spirit. After years of study she completed her 200 hour teacher training and began teaching in 2007. Wanting to continue to grow and explore she furthered her training and completed the 300 hour professional program through Yogaworks. Inspired to be able to teach to people in all stages of life she completed Prenatal Teacher Training and delved deeply into a restorative practice.

To this day, Catherine continues to learn and grow by attending various workshops and trainings. Her love for yoga shines through in each class. Students will leave feeling energized, invigorated and strong
